In addition, team members are encouraged to participate in familiarisation (“famil”) trips covering worldwide travel experiences such as cruises, coach tours, and rail holidays. These hands-on experiences deepen product knowledge and inspire genuine enthusiasm when tailoring recommendations for clients.
