Thank you for choosing Holiday International Golden Travel for your travel arrangements.  Please read carefully and be sure that you fully understand the TERMS & CONDITIONS and RESPONSIBILITY as stated.  Your reservation represents your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

 


 

Airport Check In Times/Reconfirmation of Flights

It is recommended that you check in at the airport 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure for international flights, and 1 hour prior for domestic flights. Please reconfirm all flights directly with the airline 72 hours prior to departure. Holiday International Golden Travel does not take any responsibility for any passenger who is unable to board a plane for failing to check in on time or reconfirm their flight.  If the pre-booked flight is not required, please ensure to call the Airlines to rebook to avoid No-Show fee. Reservations for transport have been made in accordance as per schedule at time of booking and can change without notice.

 

Reservations

Please have exact name, passport number and date of birth as they appear on the passport for booking as your ticket will be issued based on this information.  Full payment must be made in advance based on booking conditions.  If payment is not received the reservation will be automatically cancelled.   Prior to the receipt of full payment prices are subject to change and Airlines reserve the right to withdraw fares without notice. Holiday International Golden Travel reserves the right to re-invoice your reservation at any time should an error be made in computing your price.

 

Cancellation and Amendment Fees

Holiday International Golden Travel will charge a cancellation fee of $100 on top of airline fees if refund conditions set by airlines are met. Amendment and change fees will be charged $50 on top of airline fees. Holiday International Golden Travel reserves the right to change amendment or cancellation fees charged for our service depending on circumstances and airline conditions.

 

Credit Card Payments

We accept all major credit cards. You authorise us to charge all fees incurred to the credit card designated by you. Please note that a small credit card service fee will apply. If a payment is not received from the card issuer or its agents for any reason, you agree to pay Holiday International Golden Travel all amounts due on demand. Confirmed bookings are subject to your credit card approval for the transaction.

 

Travel Documents

All passengers are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents, and for meeting all health and other requirements that are required by laws, regulations and countries to be visited. A Passport must have at least 6 months validity after the return date. Passport and visa requirements change regularly. We recommend you contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate of the country you intend to visit well in advance of your travel dates. Ticket

International passengers are required to show a copy of their travel ticket for Immigration, Customs, Airport Security checks and Duty Free purchases. All clients should retain a paper copy for their record.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance be purchased for the entire duration of your trip as any travel without adequate insurance is at the detriment of the traveller.

 

Health

It is the passenger’s responsibility to arrange any vaccinations and medications prior to travel. We recommend that you discuss any health concerns with your personal physician.

 

Customers with Special Needs

If you have any special needs or dietary requirements please contact us so we can request the appropriate arrangements.

 

Luggage Information

Checked-in luggage and carry-on luggage allowances vary for different airlines and different travel regions. Please refer to your ticket or the airline website for luggage allowance information. Customers with excess luggage will be charged as per airline rules upon check in.

 

Customs/Dangerous Goods

The Australian Government has introduced enhanced security measures to limit the amount of liquids, aerosols and gels that can be carried in hand luggage on international flights to and from Australia. Liability

Holiday International Golden Travel acts as an agent for airlines and wholesales travel companies and other suppliers providing services, including accommodation and transportation service. We are not the direct provider of the services and take no responsibility for services provided or not provided by any party including loss or damage to personal property, delays, transport failure, strikes, wars and uprising or Acts of God over which the company has no control. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitation imposed by those service providers and is subject to amendment at any time without notice. It is essential that travellers familiarise and are aware of the terms and conditions of the suppliers as you are will be bound by them.
